These terms apply to any client of SAMMY CREATIVE CO.

PROJECT TERMS

The services provided by SAMMY CREATIVE CO will be listed in the deliverables section of the contract agreement, which will be sent to the client before commencing.

PAYMENT TERMS

PHOTOGRAPHY

An invoice will be sent after the photoshoot and upon delivery of the photos.

DESIGN & WEBSITES

An initial service fee will apply to cover the cost for a first draft, scheduling and if for any reason you change your mind or need to terminate the project. All fees will be invoiced upon submission of the deliverables, stated in our contract agreement. If the project duration is longer than a week, payment might be made with multiple invoices throughout the project. If the scope of work changes during the process, additional costs may occur. These additional costs will not be made without consulting the client first. This also means any extra tasks not included in the original deliverables will not be completed until either an updated quote, an adjusted contract or a discussion with the client has been made.

CONFIDENTIALITY

SAMMY CREATIVE CO hereby acknowledges that they may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client’s past, present, future, customer names, marketing plans, project information and financial documents. SAMMY CREATIVE CO agrees to protect all the above information and keep it confidential.

CLIENT APPROVAL

The client will be notified and must approve any and all material prior to the project finalisation and submission.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice prior to completion.

Upon cancellation of the agreement contract , the client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to termination.

Should the client choose to cancel this project after the project’s completion, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.

AGREEMENT

Working with SAMMY CREATIVE CO means you will comply with the terms stated above and you have read and understood the contract agreement.
